Yes we had a very good day, I did not take many pictures and Sunjester has covered those I took in his blog.

I played in the Burma jungle game, and the Americam Paras in Germany, the second game using Chain of Command 2, due to be available for pre order on April 1st and hardcopies at Salute.

Some interesting new concepts in CoC v2 that should address some of the concerns players have had with the first version. The new rules keep the flavour of the originals and seek to reproduce Platoon level actions better on the wargames table.

Thanks for posting this thread SJ and Orcs.....looks like a very good day out.

That Caen 28mm table is impressive, the cathedral must have taken a few hours to make  :)  (assuming its a 3D print?).

I like TFL's rules, we use If the Lord Spares Us for WW1 games (though not played the period for a while).

I played in two games of Midgard yesterday as well:

 - the morning was on the losing side (Rohan) of the Crossing of the Eyewash - my commander Fulwine should have been called Failwine 😃.

 - the afternoon was on the winning side of the Teutoberger Wald with our Germans defeating the Romans without the cavalry appearing at all.

Very good day.

I assumed that, but in fact only the windows are 3d printed. The rest is entirely scratch built.
