A lot of swearing, junked the reduced by shop discount brand name superglue gel I bought, should have remembered after last time that it's a false economy as it takes Olympic powerlifter muscles to get even a dot out the bottle. Staaggered into town and got some runny stuff, made assembling figures onto a myriad of bases a lot easier.
Sand/pva on. Got to get these inked and painted etc by Friday night now.

I've found that in the past, we tried stocking some different superglue brands and most of them were awful.  These days we stick to recognised brand names for the glues.

If sunflower oil is made from sunflowers and banana bread is made from bananas what's Gorilla Glue made from then?

I tend to buy Gorilla Glue superglue whenever Tesco have it on offer ... which why I discovered over the weekend that I have 3 bottles of the stuff. Doh!

There's a group of climate protesters currently operating in Wellington who are trying to get their point across by super gluing their hands to the road surface of major motorway intersections or exits during peak times to cause maximum amount of chaos possible. The police turn up with acetone and arrest them on a regular basis having unstuck them. TBH l'm surprised none of them has been killed by someone not stopping in time. Not sure what brand of glue they use, but there are better ways of getting their point across if you ask me.

The (very) grumpy old man in me thinks that the current fad of super-gluing body parts to objects would soon be stopped by a couple of quick applications of a machete.

Just got to the PVA seal stage, flock, tufts and flags to do before Sat morning.

And I'm busy setting up tomorrow...

Got the flock done last night and some tactical clumps (all the bases that I needed to take tomorrow for clients/gaming, about half the batch) done this morning.
