And then horses are another matter again - with MM horses generally being pretty small. 

Fortunately once on the table in a game it all blends much better!

Consequently, I got some of the officer figures from the artillery sets in the 1809 range.  These come with large bicornes and are wearing the Frockcoat over their white uniform coats. That's an excellent idea and I will steal that from you if you don't mind  :D . I like the officer in Casquet but I always like to mix up some figures for diversity's sake.

I wonder if you could use some of the 1809 Saxons for Prussians? I always thought that was one of the coolest looking armies of the revolutionary period.
