Probably the biggest difference between learning a physical game vs a computer one, is that you don't know when you have got it wrong with the physical one. One the other hand I have played some computer versions of board games that make it very hard to know what you can do. 

Although Ticket to Ride is so much easier to play digitially than the physical version - but this has nothing to do with learning the game. It's just the ease of seeing routes digitally, and not having to worry about the train carriages sliding around!

Well, in that case fred, it might be good to know that Ticket to Ride is a recent addition to BGA  :)

Played Clank! this afternoon after our game of Warmaster finsihed - the two new players enjoyed it and want to play again! I lost, killed by the Dragon!
