New Cold War Vehicles?

I see that the Israelis, Egyptians, and Syrian troops will be released soon, and that the US and Soviet Cold War troops are finally slated to be worked on, which is good news.

Are there any new Cold War vehicles slated to be made available soon?

Any Cold War West German, British, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, or other troops too?

Cold War helos - we really need a Bo-105 (aka PAH-1) with HOT missiles - others already produce the Apaches, Cobras, and Hinds in 1/144th scale, but no one does the West German Bo-105, sadly.

While I'm asking (I know it is slightly off topic), any new WWII vehicles coming out soon?

I'd really love a SdKfz 251D Drilling, and a SdKfz 251D/17 with the small, armored turret for the crew to take cover in (not the flak version for the HG Division).

We're way behind on most of our vehicle releases as sadly one of our designers isn't able to do it anymore.  I'm working to find some alternative options but it's not an easy fix.

Thankfully a large portion of the vehicles for the Arab-Israeli ranges are already present in our other ranges, so we're looking quite good on that front.  I'm hoping to get our M3 halftrack remodelled soon so that we can add the Israeli variants.

Other Cold War nations will be further down the line, so no estimates beyond the US and Soviets I'm afraid.  For the Brits we've got the Falklands ranges as well. The only one we'd potentially be looking at beyond that would be West Germans I think.

Helicopters are highly unlikely unfortunately, we've spoken about those here before.  The design costs are just far too high for a vehicle that we might sell a handful of.

Shapeways do a MBB Bo-105 in 1/144.

Thank you for the info Leon.

Very sorry to hear about the loss of your sculptor.  That is a pity.

Would love to see if you could convince the person to do a little moonlighting on the side, just to keep some stuff rolling out.

Thanks for the info John.  I'll check into it, but would prefer a metal one if possible, since some of the SW minis are rather fragile.  Perhaps fine for display models, but not as robust as I'd like to see for conducting "combat sorties" on the tabletop.

Sadly he's stopping modelling entirely so won't be able to produce anything going forward.  I have made some progress on finding a new designer though so we should have some good news for everyone soon.
