It's Day 10!  After 9 days of releases spread around 2500 years of history we jump to Fantasy for our final release, with a set of 10mm ruined buildings now available.

These have been rescaled down from our larger 15mm and 28mm sets so that they fit perfectly with our 10-12mm Fantasy ranges.  They should be OK for the Medieval and Renaissance period as well.  Sizes vary from 45x40mm upto 110x80mm.

We'll be releasing some more 10mm MDF buildings soon, with some more rescaled Fantasy and WWII ruins next on the plan.

They're definitely useful for wider periods but they are sized slightly larger to go with our Fantasy figures.  Not massively so but I think the door heights are somewhere around 14mm.

Oh, those look most excellent. Thoughts of 10mm Mordheim are now spinning around my head.

Ditto. Damn willpower, I'm sure I had some a moment ago . . .

An excellent range there and very useful across a wide range of periods.

The Fantasy building with some 10mm pig faced bascinets.

They buildings are a bit big, but not outlandish. I wouldn't mix them with others, but I wanted them some buildings for Medieval skirmishing.

(Need to finish the trim on those buildings!)

Excellent, those look great!  I'm quite happy with the size of them next to our 10mm historicals rather than the Fantasy, they don't look noticeably large, which is nice!

QuoteNearly as good as Nobby's ;)
Err, thanks (I think?).

My appalling photography probably doesn't help.

On these four I've just painted the walls, left all of the timber framing/doors/windows/floors as the raw MDF. Think it looks good myself, but I might try painting it on one of the others I've got to build.

They need detailing really, but I think they're certainly good enough to use now.

During the first lockdown - almost two years ago now! - I made half a dozen ruined buildings out of card, plus a few walls, for a theoretical Mordheim/Frostgrave style game in 10mm. Never painted them, and they went into a shoebox to be almost forgotten about. Just dragged them out - they match pretty well size-wise with the Pendraken ones. The Pendraken 1st/2nd floors are a bit higher than mine. Certainly I can mix & match on the tabletop.

These Pendraken models might give me the impetus to finish off my card ones - still need detailing & painting.

Then to organise some warbands to fight amongst them all . . .

Thanks to Pendraken for these models, they really are excellent.
