I didn't know about Cambrai Day either. TIL!

While it is good that we honour the spirit of "Lest We Forget."

Slightly more importantly, it is World Children's Day.

I have made modest donations to Help for Heroes and Unicef to mark both.

I have always supposed that every British Army regiment has it's own 'special' day.
