Some new bases join the Wars of the Roses and WWII forces. The WotR are 28mm Perry and the tanks are 1/72 from the Pegasus fast build range.

Thanks all,

As a subscriber to SoA, I will watch with interest, but I don't have enough troops on hand to warrant participation.

Be cheeky and submit the results of a single combat. Claim it was Richard III and Henry Tudor and things will be important enough!

Smoking gun

Norm,
Two of my favourite periods and very well done. The Pegasus kits are very good except for the lack of decals, I have loads of their KV variants, go together well and are robust wargamer friendly models.

Best wishes,
Martin
Now they've knocked me down and taken it, that still hot and smoking gun.

Thanks, I found the Pegasus stuff worked better with super glue rather than styrene cement, which felt odd. Agree that the lack of decals is a shame, for over 5 decades other companies have included decals as part of the experience, for us suddenly to start seeing kits without them (and Plastic Soldier Company are equally guilty of this) is a shame.

Smoking gun

Norm,
I used liquid polystyrene cement from Humbrol, the one in the glass jar with the brush in the lid or the the one in the plastic bottle with the needle applicator both worked well and I haven't had any problems with bits falling off etc.

Best wishes,
Martin
