Thanks for all of the comments, I really appreciate it.  It's been a nervy few months trying to get this over the line, especially as our rental contract expires at the end of April and the business was about to be homeless if the funding didn't come through in time (we could have got an extension but they would only consider a 12 month contract).

Luckily we got it and it's exciting times ahead.  It does feel a little weird to have good news for the business when the world is completely upside down though.
