They've just 'upgraded' the email accounts, and all the new features are doing nothing but slowing me down!  Why change something which works perfectly well as it is...  >:(

Yeah me too; won't let me use Opera, so had to use firefox, but that eats all my computer's memory for some reason. Jumped at the oportunity to go back to the old version when it asked me.

How can I go back, is there an option somewhere?  I'd kill for my old Inbox...  :(

The .com version just upgraded; first try was a bit rough but its ok now.  I turn down offers to use the .ca version.

I've gone through their help section (which is awful) and there are two methods listed to switch back to the 'Classic' mail.  However, neither of them work...  >:(  And when I try to contact them, it throws up a 'Page not found' error.

The whats new page is annoying, also asks me to contact random people I've not mailed for 2-3 years.

I wished I'd stuck with Mail Classic now as all the adverts really slow my computer down >:(. The only good thing is that attaching files is much quicker with the new mail than the old.

OH !..... How I wish people would leave things alone, when they work properly already !

It's the little things which annoy me as they take up more of my time at work.  Adding an extra step into the 'Print' process, not so useful when I'm printing 20-30 emails a day.  And all these tabs at the top, instead of sending me back to the message once I've replied, it either throws me into another tab, or back to the Inbox.   >:(

And...!  It's printing in a larger font than before, so it's using up more paper to print orders and stuff.  So far I've not found a way of fixing this.

One solution, at home machine - dump into another mail pacakage - I read my mail in Outlook, used to use incredimail. Bt is a webmail package, can access anywhere, but not at its best.

Yeah, I've considered Outlook, that's what I use for my own business emails, but it's not as viable for Pendraken, as I'm checking the emails from a variety of machines all the time.  We'll probably look at switching to a domain specific email address soon anyway, so I'll be rid of BT.

Absolutely - gmail is your friend - unlimited storage & send/receive; fully integrates with the rest of the Google suite of products [especially useful with Docs & Google+]
