..and Cornwall.  One of the Pendraken dogs got bit by one a couple of years ago down there.

Shropshire on the Long Mynd, Wenlock Edge and the Stiperstones too!

There's also a healthy population around Hindhead in Surrey (especially when I was working in the great out doors there, they were always basking on rocks and fallen trees).
