The past day or so I haven't been able to access Evil bay properly. Apparently if you are with Virgin Media (I am) you have to turn off the child safe settings and then everything is OK. Don't know why but it worked this afternoon by doing this!

Oh and don't get me started on the latest Windows 10 problems >:(

Calm down dear...Calm down.

Evil Bay ?  Only site (so far) that has given me a lot of grief....so I'll never use them or Paypal....ever again.

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with eBay.

It's good for sales and gets us good visibility with new customers.  But I can't sell some of the German decals on there because I'm 'spreading Nazi propaganda'...  They don't deal with VAT properly and charge non-EU customers two lots of sales taxes (which I'm sure is very naughty)... and the fees have crept up several times in recent years.
www.pendraken.co.uk - Now home to over 10,000 products, including nearly 5000 items for 10mm wargaming, plus MDF bases, Battlescale buildings, I-94 decals, Litko Gaming Aids, Militia Miniatures, Raiden Miniatures 1/285th aircraft, Red Vectors MDF products, Vallejo paints, Tiny Tin Troops flags and much, much more!

I only buy on ebay, as the same item from the same seller is often cheaper there than Amazon.

Windows 10 problems Steve - NO, REALLY? You surprise me (not)

It's a lot like BT changing the way their email operates (again) so you now cannot search by unread emails - what wally thought that was a good idea!!!
Why can these people not stop tinkering? (sorry that is a rhetorical question ... because they are paid to tinker!)

Steve, e-bay has been fine with safari on the iPad and Chrome on the Chromebook.

For a machine to just consume the internet and blogging, I highly recommend a Chromebook. I have mine set up with a (raised) monitor plugged into it, so that back posture is better for longer while browsing.

Apparently it has only affected Virgin Media customers Norm. I've had problems before accessing some Blogs due to Virgin Media blocking them because of the 'military' content etc :o.

Form speaking to BT I get the impression that the change was a forced move
