Hugo Drax from Moonraker aka Michael/Michel Lonsdale :( . In my view an underrated actor, especially good in the Day of the Jackal - though I could never work out why he couldn't just choose a first name and stick with it!

Also, if I recall correctly, some publicity for the hobby in Ronin when Lonsdale's character is seen painting some Samurai miniatures.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

Big Insect

The very sad loss yesterday of Steve Hacker - a UK west country wargamer - a true gentleman.

I was proud to have played with him at a number of Clevedon Club evenings and weekend games and against him at many LaDG competitions.
Softly spoken - always with time for a laugh and a conversation - never to focused on a win to forget this is a game we all play for fun and he enjoyed himself.

He will be sadly missed.
