They look like the same images as you get in the Peter Dennis Paperboys book for 1066, so nominally 28mm if they're the same scale.

There's a degree of discount that is healthy, and another that screams "Fire Sale".

I think it is something to do with boxed games - Warlord seem to offer stuff at such huge discounts now and again. I guess that large print runs have been done, sales have been slow, and they just need to shift stock that is taking up lots of space. None of the discounted stuff is really PSC core product.
