Aye, saw that. Very sad, Asterix was great growing up, although the quality definitely declined after René Goscinny died.

I shall read Asterix in Britain tonight in memory of them both.

Asterix the Ghoul - that sounds like a painting challenge.
Next Undead army you build, one of the figures should be a certain ghoulish Gaul.

Eddie was a genuinely funny man and always had time for people. He was charming and generous, and I shall cherish the memories of the occasions I was lucky enough to spend time with him.
