Must admit, in my gaming group i'm the youngest...

I was 16...

It's a strange place to be where thirty-something's are considered "youngsters"  especially when there's technically adults running around who were born AFTER the Millennium. That makes me feel old and I'm 33!

In my mind...I still think  I'm in my mid thirties.....(That was when I was described as the oldest 14 year old in the country.)......Unfortunately my body laughs hysterically at this, and reminds me all the time that this isn't the case. 

I think I've said before...When I reached 30....I didn't really feel any different to when I was 20......When I reached 40..No difference to 30.....The same when I reached 50...no difference to 40.
Unfortunately, by the time I reached 60.....So many 'wheels' had fallen off, I felt sodding ancient.

Got 10 more voltigeurs done:





Togheter with the ones i painted last week this gives me two units of skirmishers for sharpe practise. Will use the bugler as a 'token' to show the higher level leader of the two squads






So adding 10,models, brings the total to 335 models painted!


the tally : about 6088 models are painted and 2007 models are still waiting for love.
