As usual Shapeways have them, but they're £11 each.

Dr Dave

As usual butlers printed models have them, but they're £1.43 each.  ;)

Really?  I see a 1:144 Panzer II in 12mm at £1.93, but no Panzer II Luchs at any price.

Soz, I was referring to the carriers that Pendraken don't make. You're right. There's no Luch.  :(

Pithead did one.   But due to so many of us being "blacklisted" I have no idea how many were sold.

As I said earlier - a lot wargamers tend to buy that what appeals - not any strict adherence to an army list or how many of an AFV actually was on issued.

Pithead still does.  I have several of them, a complete carrier platoon at 1:1.  Almost all my 1940 kit is Pithead simply because Phil Ireson produces stuff that nobody else does and I tend to keep with one manufacturer for particular projects.  I've never been blacklisted.  There is no 'blackist' as such and such talk is just nonsense.  He runs Pithead as a hobby and his consequent policy in the context of regular supporting customers can be seen on his FaceBook page.  It is clear enough.

No problem.  I haven't bought anything from Butler's.  Some of the pics suggest that they'll need a lot of work.  What are they like?

Assuming you're on Facebook, presumably.

As far as I'm concerned, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck ...

I was not referring to carriers but the elusive Luchs !  Yes, Pithead had a Luchs on the  website shop [sic].

Tell you what - let's signpost Chris, FSN, Ian and Steve to order from Pithead. What do you need lads? A troop of four models each?  Will that qualify you as a Regular Supporting Customer ?

As a wargamer of 50 + years of dice rolling  I DO hope you get your order.  I get a kick out of seeing the hobby prosper and the pleasure it brings.  Most wargaming manufactures in general - and Leon & Dave in particular - go well  out of their way to oblige,  get gamers started or cater of odd ball requests.

Be you a long term regular or an unknown  fresh start up order,  its that kindness and decency that generates the good will/loyalty of the Pendraken brand.
