Thanks for the links Sgt., I was checking that site earlier when I first saw this thread.  I've checked some pics as well, so it's something we'll bear in mind, although we could probably do with another designer at this rate!

How about some late war Austrians in helmets? -infantry,trench raiders ,assault toops. Plus ,and not in helmets , alpine troops.

tuva

How about a couple of packs?  A pack of infantry and one with mgs. The early war Serbs could do with some allies.

Apologies for the delay here!  I've just uploaded some customer pics onto our Flickr account, and I've put them in the Photo's section:

I personally have been able to covert the WW2 U Boat into a WW1 U Boat not hard.

Yes please, great suggestions Curry,i'll certainly buy them. Ken

I am dying to do the complete Eastern Front for 1914. The current early war German poses are really putting me off though. The running pose in particular. Anyone else unhappy with them? Certainly having an extra pack of different poses would appeal to even those that like the current ones?

Thanks for any input.

Leon

We've got three different codes for the early war, GP1, GP23 and GP24 can all be used.  If it's just the running pose that's not your cup of tea, let us know, and we'll just send the other pose.

Anyone suggested these? They could make for really nice models! I'm talking the Divisional or Army level guns (150mm and greater).

Having a 200mm or 300mm gun on the rear of your table would be quite a sight! Realistically though, I would love to see 150mm (or equivalent) done for the Russians, Germans, and Austrians at least.

Anyone else?

Leon

We've got:
British - 6" Howitzer, 9" Howitzer, and the 60lb'er.
German - 150mm Field Gun, and the 21cm Morser Lang Howitzer.
Russian - 152mm Howitzer.

We'll be doing an Austrian big gun at some point.

Excellent! Sorry I missed the Russian How.

I could certainly use the German How. as a proxy Austrian one in the mean time too!

The WW1 are really good, but any chance of a Stokes Mortar? I'm currently using 3" mortars from WW2 which aren't quite right.  Also a some of the heavier British 9.45" and German 170mm mortars would be realy good.

Incidentally the British "toffee apple" mortars are lovely models.

Leon

I've added these to the list, so we'll see if anyone is interested.  Have you tried just cutting the top off the Toffee Apple?

But the Stokes had a 3" calibre and the "toffee Apple" was 2" so usiing a cut off toffee apple would be inacurate  :o

Also doesn't the loader in the toffee apple pack have a rather nicely modled toffee apple tucked under his arm where it's a bit hard to carve it down?

Actually i hadn't thought of this solution so I'll add a pack or two to my next order.

Also what about sappers/engineers and acrrying parties?  There are lots of pictures of the PBI stugling forward with rolls of wire, pickets etc.

I think he's holding it out in his hands isn't he?  Either way, we could always send you the loader from a different pack.
