Got another 4 A13s on the painting table along with 9 stands of infantry is various states of readiness. I feel like I have painted way too many bare knees tonight!

Bare knees are good - so long as they're brown....   Nice job. :D
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

Well the project is almost complete - just the command stands to do, but I couldnt resist laying them all out for a photo or two!

Me too, but my mate whos got the Italians hasnt even started his yet!  :(

Never fear though as I have a parcel winging its way to me from Pendraken with a DAK battlegroup for early 1941 (5th Light Division) so will have to get them painted up pronto to put a game on. Not Operation Compass but hey ho.

Don't let that great looking army go to waste! If your mate is slacking off and not getting the Italians on the field, then buy some Germans of your own, and field both sides!  :D

I used Vallejo Dark Sand for the base coat, and then Foundry British Gun Grey (highlight tone) and Foundry Granite (shade tone)
