I can hear Mollinary and Cameronian screaming with historical inaccuracy, but here is an imag-in-ation battle report as I finally get my Saxons and Bavarians on teh table (against each other)!
Enjoy.

Enjoyed, thanks very much, there is a ton of work in that report, it does make me want to get Black Powder back to the table.

Looks like a fun game, love the troop basing!

And a very important battle in (alternative) world history, determining whose wurst was the worst...

Great report and love the background 'fluff' :).

Excellent report and accompanying photography. Never thought of using BP for this period (the rulebook is rudely dismissive - I am assuming Rick Priestly has limited interest in and knowledge of it). Still debating whether to put my remaining 10mm later C19th onto the big bases. It would certainly speed play as BP has no casualty removal before a unit disappears. Wonder if it could also incorporate some VSF steampunk machines? Anyway, cheers for piquing my interest.

I'm keeping my units on 25mm - 30mm square bases, so that I can use them for BBB, BP etc. I now find versatility is very important so I'm not tied to one ruleset.
