And I can't even claim it was wargaming related.
I was cutting up some material for my wife with her rotary cutter when I slipped 
I took a nice, neat, half inch long slice of the side of my fingertip
Her main concern was that I left blood (and a small bodily part) on her cutting mat for her to clean up.

Ouch!
Hope it heals up soon, at least it's too frosty for planting at the Monet

Just look on the bright side, 

You won't be asked to do  any cutting for her again.
You can't do the washing up
You can't prepare dinner
No DIY Jobs for a while

I almost dun a Techno the other day. Does that count? (Suppose not. "I'm almost Spartacus!" would never have worked in the movie). I was cutting a bread roll in the palm of my hand and went to far. Fortunately, I stopped in time and there was only a little drop of blood. 

Not managed one for a few years.....

I'm afraid I did a 'me' yesterday.....Slipping backwards on an icy patch on the drive.
Once again.....Got away without any really serious 'damage'......Two bruised elbows.....(and bum) and slightly sore/scratched palms...... I managed to get my hands behind me quickly.

The cold 'snap' is a pain......Mostly because the water to the big barn has frozen, which probably means filling buckets of water for the gee-gees from the bath until the pipe thaws.....then carrying the sodding things* outside.

*(The buckets.....Not the horses !)

A horrified student pointed out to me in class yesterday that I had blood streaming down my arm. No idea where or when I'd hurt myself.

Last time I went flying ended up on my back, caused by large sheet of wet sandstone. Fortunately little or no snow here, just da*md cold.
