This is one of my very first minis. I have never painted miniatures before, so it took me quite a while until I was satisfied with the final product.

I call this one "Greenbeard Goldfist", since he has a green beard and golden fists *Captain Obvious!* .)

I drybrushed the helmet and clothes with a lighter green so it does look a bit older and dusty.
I washed the head of the hammer with a very thin black, so the surface looks a bit shady.
The hilt of the hammer was drybrushed, so the grain would become a bit more visible.
The beard was painted in a very dark green and then drybrushed with 2-3 lighter greys.
I used photoshop before I started to paint the mini and realized, that a white or grey
paint on the beard would not look good, so I chose a very dark green.

Feedback is welcome!

Oh yeah... I almost forgot about this dude:

It is one from the Night Orcs range, though the original mini only has a spear
and I modified it a bit. Now it should represent a fire shaman or wizard orc
with a skull staff, who has half a dozen of curled horns on it.

Very good work to both! They are marvelous!

I will start my dwarves and goblins too soon.
