Bloody hell Roy, that sounds unfun. I had something food poisoning related the week before Xmas. Meant the missus had to do all the prep work. Not sure I got the best of the bargain, but even so it was more fun than your time :S

Blimey Jim, you are going through the wringer! My Dad had a tumour on his kidney and, fingers crossed, he is all ok, hale and hearty a year after the op. He spent Xmas in hospital having had the op Xmas Eve IIRC. Hope it all goes well for you as it has for Dad.

This forum gets more like an episode of Emergency Ward 10/ Angels/ Casualty/ Holby City* on a disturbingly regular basis so all the best to all of those suffering ailments and conditions permanent or temporary!
