Hi caramba! El Presidente muerte? Lots of interesting stuff on Radio 4s Today programme about Castro. Let's hope the country can now move forward.

Shepherd! No!

I remember him first from "Teen Angel" when he appeared as God's cousin, who was just a floating head.

What a list of mediocrity. Is that the best the new millennium can do? :(
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

Bit harsh! Wrong side of bed?

Well, OK, Alan Rickman is a real loss.

Since when is life mediocre?

Any life is precious, maybe not to you but always to someone.

Having taken a moment to count to ten and edit my initial response...  >:(

Oh for goodness sake, if you can't say anything nice just keep quiet please!

Whilst we may not all appreciate the artistic merits of everyone listed in this thread, their names were posted by someone who though their passing was of note. Have a little respect, if not for the individual named, then for your fellow forum members.

Best regards,

Gentlemen,
The Time post was a humorous attempt to show how hard 2016 has hit the world 'American Democracy' added to the list was a fine touch.
This thread is to remember those who have shuffled off this mortal coil in the last twelve months. I could have added my friend's sister, an aunt-in-law, and others.
Whether they are considered talented in your mind or not is irrelevant, they were all someone's son, some daughter, their dad, mum, aunt, friend. They have reached the pinicles of their particular field, whether or not this is to our individual tastes, they should be remembered as people who matter to someone and the world is a poor place without them.
Yes Lemmey was 2015, but his loss was, for me, huge.
Remember them.

Don't buy your daughters a pony, buy them heroin instead, its cheaper and ultimately less addictive.
