Thanks Peter, looks like I have to jump on the next flight over the pond...  ;D
The Middle East range is the one I'm looking at starting with actually, really admire Paul's and your own work with that.

Well Paul can take 99% the credit for the Middle Eastern stuff that we do....We started out with France 1914 stuff and I got Paul some 1917 Middle Eastern figures to pay for his painting up all the 1914 stuff for me.

I've run a couple of good "Alternative ANZAC" games set on Gallipoli which you can find somewhere in the Batreps thread.

I would ask for pictures, but I've got a 1939 Polish thing going at the moment, and don't want to get distracted.

I know! It's nearly as big as Warrington, but my cousin is really well known by the people who know him.

Do you, perhaps, have an American cousin?

Hello Nick

G'day back at you from another Aussie.

Lots of fun to be had with WW1 Middle East, especially when you work out that you can use the troops for East Africa and Interwar dustups as well. Before you know it you'll be looking to add some Rugga Rugga, Afghan tribesmen, dastardly Russians and sundry other additions as well.  :D :D

Not to mention wondering where you can get a Bristol Bulldog fighter for air support  :D.

Have fun and don't feel bashful about asking for any help, the worst that can happen is you'll have to wipe the dribble off your sleeve from our less controlled members.

Cheers

And it's a good evening from me as well. WWI Middle East is one of my back burner projects, i.e. currently I have unopened packs of figures which are gradually being added to. Next show it will be Allied and Turkish artillery. Started gaming WWI again a couple of years back after a 40 year hiatus.

PS Do you know my Uncle Roy? He's about 85 and he lives in Grafton.

Ah yes, the wargamer's syndrome I have heard so much about... Hopefully my poverty is enough of an incentive to get me painting!

Unfortunately, I live about one Great Britain away from Grafton  ;D

Unless its FSN and you have mentioned Centurion Tanks then it might be substantially worse.
