Today the death of Maurice White of Earth, Wind and Fire was announced.

Even I, who on a dance floor is somewhat akin to a hippo whose foot has gone to sleep, have been known to boogie to "September". Great fun, great joy.



There has been a great reaping of talent in the last few weeks.
