Looks like Royal Mail International Standard (5-7 days) is £10.75...

Economy mail would probably be about half that and typically takes about twice as long but could takes months

This may be of use to posting outside of the UK?

I sent a parcel to the USA through the Royal Mail's International Track and Trace just before Xmas. It did cost me £12.??, but it reached its destination within 5 days and I could track it every step of the way - also the service included postal insurance.

On the other hand, a chap sent me a parcel through the US Postal Service costing £15+ and it took three weeks to get here, and it didn't feature track and trace nor any insurance.
