I could feel the heaviness of that thread which is why I quickly vacated it. Too much posturing and pushing around for my liking.

It is good that Hwiccee apologized, but that thread was building up to an explosion. As a regular at TMP I have learned to feel it when that happens. Thank you to the administrators for acting swiftly and efficiently.

Not the best thread that we've had, but thankfully a rarity on this forum. Nice to know that we are all mature enough to apologise. I wanted to put my two penn'th in but like KTravlos, quickly moved away.

I have a new job and start the 4th Jan 2016. 

I count myself lucky as I had only one week looking, which resulted in two interviews. The second interviewing company offered me the role before I got to the first interviewing companies second interview (if that makes any sense at all  ). I didn't think I would be successful so quickly. I originally thought I would start looking at the end of November, do a couple of practice interviews in December and start looking seriously in January. However, I don't think it's me that's brilliant I think its down to the surging economy, people in my line are starting to become more scarce.
