Any chance of some British armed civilians and armed British police for this period, most of the Pendraken WW1 and WW2 ranges already cover this conflict  ;D

Leon

I'll pop them down, could be something that we could fit in somewhere.

thanks Leon  :D

@ Luddite

I am doing it in 10/12mm as the Pendraken WW1 and WW2 ranges have most of the vehicles for it,  probably going to use BKC II as the rules. I have done some stats for the vehicles etc, email me at oldsmokie65ATgooglemailDOTcom if you want a copy.

The only other vehicle I can think of that is not in the Pendraken range at the moment would be an armored truck of some sort armed with a Lewis or Vickers MG, failing that I could always convert one.

Luddite

Nice on OS, thanks for the offer, but we're sticking with 28's at the moment.

Do you have any pictures you could post in the photos section?

Love to see AVBCW in 10mm!   :D

Did you see the armoured truck in the last batch of master photo's?  (http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=234.0)  The roof comes off as well if you wanted to put some guys inside it.  There'll be another couple of SCW armoured trucks coming at the end of this month hopefully.

never saw that one  :D the removable roof makes it ideal for installing other weapons

look forward to seeing the other trucks, then all we need is some armed civilians and police and all is complete.

Luddite

Armed miners would be excellent... :D

This is something I have an interest in. I have some 28mm stuff but just aint got time to paint. I also have the source books, Il have a word with dave, if hes willing to foot the bill I can certainly see me having a go. It would also tie in nicely with some " England stands alone " figures ive been contemplating.

Very interested in VBCW figures, Myself and 3 others are painting up to do thia in 10mm at the moment.

All those 'civil' figures are missing, Police and more armed civilian types always needed.

Now a chance to use all those n-guage railway bits that always looked 'too' British in there proper context 8)

Hurrah

This could be merged with the Sealion/Home guard request? as everything that can and does appear in these games can also appear in a sealion game.

big_paul182

Yes please, armed civilians both male, females and police would be great :D

I would be into this, I was thinking about AVBCW as something to do after the ECW

I've ended up using ww1 Germans with picklehelms as British aux bobbies, well with a paint job they'll do. gives the left something to shoot at ;D

But def' more civvie types, also good for Russian civil war, SCW, VBCW, gangsters, pulp dino hunters etc ;)

I like the idea of the Germans in pickelhaubes as Aux Bobbies 8). These have now been added to me future purchases list :).
