Right, I need a few Cold War era 1970s European type civilians.

What N gauge product comes closest to the 1/150 Falklands range in terms of size, proportion and sculpt?
At 6ft tall the difference between 1/160 and 1/148 to 1/150 is 1mm. If small add plastic card to the base.

Beware of the "100 ready painted deals" on ebay - these figures are actually Z gauge - can be used as children in 10mm! :(

Has anyone purchased or have experience  with the Faller, Preiser, Nock, Kato, Bachmann or Graham Farnish ?

From then websites I see a few potentials like, Paramedics and 'men in suits' who can be intelligence types to arms dealers.

And Michael (WeeWars) used railway figures as Trench Diggers for his WWI game. I don't know if he mentions which make they are though.

Wasn't German policy to get the civilians away from the front as quickly as possible.
Even using their Territorials to enable this quicker.
