Pz IIIn without armoured skirts, short 75mm

Would you consider Pz IIIn WITHOUT armoured skirts, short 75mm. These would be important for winter 1942/43 Eastern Front Kharkov etc.

Ofcourse, the only thing that would be needed is a new turret, as the skirts can be left off the hull antway.
Water is indeed the essential ingredient of life, because without water you can't make coffee!
