Good stuff lentulus  8)

I always seem to have FPW on the to-do list, hovering at about number 5 of about 15...it's been like that for the last 10 years I reckon...can never seem to get it to the top  :-\

If I can do justice to the Imperials on the French officer I shall be mighty pleased.

Nick I have been poking at this for 5 years anyway I actually had painted and based figures in 6mm and 15mm!  But this time (cross fingers) it seems to be a go.

nikharwood

5 years eh? On a project that you had already in two other scales...

And I thought I was a bit bonkers  ;) ;D :-\ 8-}

Very nice, I think the Prussian are harder to paint than the French. Less colours all that Prussian Blue.

Duke Speedy of Leighton

Hmmm...
I'd say Prussians are harder with all the trouser, collar, cuff and shoulder board piping but at the moment I'd say WURTTENBERG are the NIGHTMARE with piped kepis too!  :o Photos later, just got to flock the bases and label them.
French line, however, have more pack detail, epilettes, gaiters and the kepi, but base colours and washes hide a lot  ;D

FFS guys, never mind about piping the kepi, its 10mm remember, paint LOTS, quantity has a quality all of its own.
Don't buy your daughters a pony, buy them heroin instead, its cheaper and ultimately less addictive.

Good stuff Lentulus,
FPW completion next on list after SYW Austrians, then 1866 Austrians and Saxons.
