Very, very well painted Ali. Wish I could paint so well. 

Only slight reservation is to do with the basing - my own preference would be to base them in close order, more in keeping with the period - but that's personal preference.

Thank for the kind words, not really basing for any particular rules, just what I feel looks ok. I'm using 30x30 bases but I think I need more figures per base, more like the Grenadier base in the centre of pic.
Still not sure about gaming, the painting is my interest. I like pictures of war games and battle reports but not sure I have the inclination or time to take part myself. So they are probably doomed to collect dust and then disappear into a drawer.  😞

Stunning work Al, i really like your painting style.  I'm the same as you, it's all about the enjoyment of painting and seeing the end result, i carn't ever see me having a game while i live in Hungary , the few gamers that i have found here are all into fantasy stuff.
I think i'll do a couple more units for my LoA army then look for a good home for them, that way they will see action  .
I would go for more figs per base if i were starting another army, the grenadier base looks spot on.
Looking forward to seeing more.

Cheers Kev, still developing a style really. Probably posted pictures of everything I've painted in 10mm, so still learning with every figure.
Will probably look at mine for a while when their finished then stick them on eBay, at least they might get used.
