My Mongols are beginning to "lurk" on my mountain, I need something to shake me into action.

Ah, thank you sir. I think my painting skills are not up to Samurai but it's a thing I have always fancied doing, got the books etc but no figures of any scale! :-\

Well, you've done Samurai, Late Romans and Franco-Prussians, and I discount fantasy on principle, so it's got to be Mongols, Will. And they are, from everything I've seen of them, pretty wonderful sculpts.
