Apologies if this is already on here somewhere but any tips on where to pick up some 10mm buildings suitable for ECW?

Look in your local charity shop for petticoats lane buildings, then file the base!
Also Minibits
Hovels
Total Battle Miniatures (available via Minibits)
Those lovely prepainted buildings by E(can't remem how to spell it) Eplison (via Minibits)

I'll second the suggestion of charity shops as a source of buildings for games.

£6:25p worth of building waiting to be converted into scenery:
