Is this still enjoyable or has it reached "that" stage yet?

There seems to be an air of "phew" developing with this project.

Did the rifle stocks last night and about to start the leather...

Wondering if I will get my missing arm and/or another batch, 17 days to go

You and about one hundred painters 

Done the hair and had a "it's all worth it" moment when doing the moustaches and eyebrows 

Interesting how much personality moustache and eyebrows can give a figure (remember they are 54mm)

Also done the Gunmetal Grey on the rifle so starting to get into the detailing which is rewarding 

I have really got a grip on these figures now

If I tried to sculpt one it would probably end up looking like a severed stump

There are a number of wounded poses, a number of painters (including my son) have commented how sad it is painting them

Started reading Chain of Command by TFL, interesting   Looking to give it a trial run with counters after our ANZAC game

Two more batches of 54mm figures have arrived from the Perrys so it looks like I will have some more to paint - 15 days 21 hours left

Did you notice any effects from that cyclone ?......I assume you were hundreds of miles away.
But as it was SO severe......
