Okay then...soapy water containing the occasional caltrop...basically anything to cause more pain.

Anyone remember the Japanese game show where they made the contestants drink ice cold lager, tied ice bags around their groins and then waited to see who went to the toilet last? ;D

Sadly yes.....But only as a clip on some prog, that was showing game shows from around the World.
