I can appreciate the skill involved, but that to me is a bit like heavy shredding on the guitar, there's no rhythm/melody to it, so I tend to turn off during it.  It kinda makes me think of Animal from the Muppets!

Take a look at the drummer in this band: Scrumptilicious Isolde Lasoen, Belgium's pride.  And not a poster girl: she's a jazz drummer that graduated with honours in Ghent.
