The obvious solution to requests for bandsmen, supply train crews and Aztecs is to have multi-pose figures

Separate hats, heads, torsos, legs, arms, weapons, instruments, tools and baggage

If it can be done in 28mm then should be no problem in 10mm

These would be good things - a bunch already exist in the ranges, but more would be good.

What's all this nonsense about marching bands and camp followers? Can they storm Badajoz? No! Can they force the Suez Canal? No! Can they hold Masada? No! Let's focus on the teeth arms and get them sorted before we start monkeying about with irrelevancies. Even the Aztecs deserve priority over baggage wagons.
