Haven't White Ensign Models ceased trading?

Ithoriel I think you are right, it came up on TMP a few weeks ago, so I tried the website. That did, indeed, say they had ceased trading.

Whilst surfing for 1/350 ships, I found www.petros.modellbaudienst.de/en  - PetrOs has a nice range of 1/144 accessories: jerry cans, tools, and bombs. Very useful.

Even a latrine to retreat to when the dice does not roll well.

Nice find Sunray, my link to the ComplectZip 1/200 stuff had died, and I'd been too lazy to look up another one  :D.

If you're looking to scratch build ships/boats then have a look at http://www.modelshipyard.com.au/fittings/ it has mainly fittings for pre-steam ships but it has also got common stuff like small ship's boats (some at horrendous prices others more reasonable). It's got other stuff like portholes (getting 16 for my paddlewheeler  :D ), ladders, steps, anchors, ventilators, etc.

Cheers
