Gall bladder op is fairly straight forward, my wife had her's out last year.

Planned my AWI order while keeping her company after the op

Me mum had that op a few months ago, and she's in her mid 70s. Be of good cheer.

At present....Nothing as bad as feared, though there are due to be some scans done in the future.
Running around like a fly with a blue bottom (As an extra.....Mother in law just had to have a steroid jab for her shoulder scheduled for today....And that ended up over running by an hour.)

Back to Techno Towers...ready to zip down to the library van, before doing the afto' shift on the gee-gees....Two messages on the answer-phone "Pain's been gone for hours now...I can come home....Can you come and pick me up ?.......DRIVE CAREFULLY !!"

Library van....Then home for painkillers....Over to Haverford West on auto pilot...Miss Hospital twice...Find parking space...Pick up Mrs T.....Come home...Do gee - gees.....But not on my own !!
Wonderful to have her home, after some somewhat pessimistic thoughts.....I really am WAY over tired.

Just hope the pain doesn't come back later.......I REALLY need some sleep.

Gall stones? If they're going to take the gall bladder out it could well be that.

Techno, Good news that was surprisingly coherent after the couple of days you've had

It's amazing that you found the time and the energy to put it all here, but thanks that you did. Hope everything is okay now and that Mrs Techno doesn't have any more problems.

Gosh !.... I DO feel better after a decent night's sleep.
I think the plan for today will be to do 'the chores'...Light a fire, then have another sleep in front of the tele.
