Not sure about the possessive. Surely the word wargames is a noun epithet, and as such requires no inflexion to qualify miniaures, whatever they are. ;)

How about dodging the question entirely and describing them as wargaming miniatures - miniatures for wargaming?  ;)

Pendraken makes lots of miniatures, for use in many wargames.  Therefore, 'wargames miniatures'.  Although, context can apply to modify that.
