Great! So, if you are in Russia and are attacked  by people dressed in costumes based on cartoon characters,  then that is fine!  Equally, if you drive so badly that you pull in in front of someone who then hits you, you think it is his fault?  Why is it that none of this surprises me?

I'm with Techno. Looks staged to me. Chances that someone is filming with a dashcam when this happens at random? Up there with the chances Russian forces are not in Eastern Ukraine.

Would have been seriously injured if they hadn't pulled the blows, but Russians do have loads of dash cams, since traffic cops are noticeably corrupt,

Assurance company "gives" you a dash cam.

Presumably so they can get out of paying any insurance ?

"Aha !.....So the accident WAS your fault, Mr X." 

I noticed an advert on the TV the other night for a car with 4....5 ? cameras and sensors....So "It can detect objects YOU can't see."
That'll be a new excuse on insurance claims forms soon then, and words like......
"Oh.... The sensors couldn't have been working properly, officer," at the scene of an accident.
