Rughty, next game tomorrow - the SoBBs ar epushing up the Grand Union Canal to clear the CRAPA off the north bank at Hampton in Arden, and open the route to Birmingham city proper. Pics and write up to follow, including what should be first outing for the Armoured Canal Barges.

Also, some AK attachments for Kev that I totally forgot about - sorry!

And the other two important AK bits, the flowcharts...

Right, all set up! Some piccies below, basically the SoBBs will be attacking from the south across and along the Grand Union Canal in an attempt to flush out the CRAPA from their lines of communications into Birmingham proper. Tally ho, and Avanti! Possible pics and write up blow by blow from about 10:30am tomorrow. Or more likely sometime Sunday evening after I recover. Two three squad platoons of CRAPA each with an attached 47mm ATG and MMG are not much to stem the Blue Shorted Tide. Even supported by two L3 tankettes and a couple of the excellent Fiat 3000's backing them up. Doubly so when the Fiats are being represented by H-39s painted in pseudo-French colours and offically belonging to the French Communist backed faction that seized the Sunbeam Works in Wolves before being ejected by Sunbeam and Independent Sikh State!

I'll get a decent piccy of them tomorrow - they're actually the only Pendraken models on the CRAPA list :S

Got two games in today - pics and write up to follow, but suffice it to say the CRAPA got flushed down the canal - they tried but just couldn't hold back the Blue Tide. However, the Sutton Coldfield Union of Fascists (or their ex-POW "volunteer" Kings German Legion allies, at least) proved sterner stuff and in a stunning display of hiding in the Olton Sewage Works saw off the Boys Brigade and their Albertine shenanigans! Albeit at the cost of most of the Condor Legion and most of Lord Rothermere's Dragoons. The Daily Mail is having a bloody quick whip round to try and get hold of some more armour for the Fascists :D

Note to self: hiding in fortified industrial areas is good. "Tally Ho!" charges in open topped light AFVs when the opposing regulars are well up for some satchel charge and hand grenade action less so :D
