Panzer VII totally historical.  I need 15 battalions worth.  My opponent can have 75mm Shermans - seems fair.

re counting with fingers: If you buy things in China, you'll find that people use their fingers to show numbers a lot. This sounds very foreigner-friendly, until you realise they're holding their fingers to show the written numbers, which don't much resemble international or Roman characters. It helps if you've played mah jong a bit, but not very much.

BTW, when are going to get some Ch'in and Han armies in 10mm?
