My cat took one look at the computer screen and skedaddled sharpish. I think this beast probably eats cats for breakfast with a warfarin chaser and then goes on its merry way (or did till the industrial strength Little Nipper did for it.) I imagine that the Lancaster pistol would do the job here.

Good Grief, I've never seen one as big as that before. (Someone had to say it).

Rat traps won't do anymore; guess landmines are the way to go!
(Then again; imagine how much food they must have spilled behind the fridge for the rats to get this big )

In Nigeria they have some rats of similar size (and I'm not taling about the 'Bushrats' that are different but feckin' huge). They are so big you have to fix the rat traps to the floor, ground etc, otherwise they take them with them when caught (their necks do not always get broken). I once saw one climb up a wall with rat trap in tow....
