It isi nspiring me to break out Warmaster Fantasy again
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Yes, and the use of red on banners and a few other places to bring the units together.

I thought that perhaps I should apply a color code for each army, to make a good army orverall effect, but also make the armies easier to see. Red for undead, brow for ratmen, blue for dwarfs, green for elfes, etc...

Vice idea,,,not sure about brown for ratmen as they are brown themselves ( or in my pinion they are)  maybe a mustard yellow but look good against the brown fur

Yes, you're right. Yellow sounds good. And it should work with my painting technic too  :-\
