HI guys,
Having made the decision to return to the 10mm fold for the bulk of my VBCW gaming, and ordered a nice stash of stuff, I thought I should carefully check-out the forum for ideas, and to see what you are all up to.
BIG mistake! I spotted the 'Dungeon'! I can see it now .... reliving my D&D adventures in a miniature-miniature way ...... I even dug out the old D&D books ..........
The amazing thing is, that when boring my poor wife with how cool it could be, instead of rolling her eyes, or glazing over - she offered to buy the complete dungeon for our anniversary present! That's what I call a result :D
So - dungeon ordered (last night actually), books being read to refresh my mind ....... then I read the mummys/pulp dungeons thread ...... it's just going to get worse isn't it :P ;D Still leave the question of brown or grey ........ :-\
Cheers,
Kev

:o That's what I call a miracle!
Result indeed ;)
:D :D :D
Good stuff, we'll get that one out to you. When's the anniversary?
The Anniversary is next week Leon, the third, but I did warn her it would take longer than that to arrive. :'( ;)
Cheers,
Kev

Yeah, unfortunately that's probably a bit too soon. We'll get it out asap though.
No worries. I know she'll expect her present on time though =)
Cheers,
Kev
Nicely done Kev 8)
BTW is it a special anniversary - silver, golden, diamond, ruby or will resin suffice? :D
Resin this year - I think the next one is 'white metal' :D
Cheers,
Kev
You're doing well - I think I'm in about the fifth year of the "don't worry about all that paper-silver-gold rubbish, let's have another horse" :)

Hehe you have a very cool wife Squirrel 8)
Hey the dungeon works just fine using the D&D rules - any edition. We`ve tried it many times using the original TSR 3 box set and 3rd ed.
oh and CONGRATULATIONS =D> <:-P :x

I hoped to get it in the post yesterday, so that it arrived today for you, but couldn't quite manage it! The Dungeon and Booster were already in the show stock, but the odds and ends had to be cast up.
Happy Anniversary as well!

I certainly didn't expect you to be able to get it sorted that quickly! I was keeping my fingers crossed for the end of next week at the earliest, so I really appreciate your efforts.
Being still laid up fter my knee op, we didn't go out to celebrate our anniversary (18th would you believe!) - take-out and good wine :D Course if we'd gone out I wouldn't have seen your e-mail till today ;)
I'm gonna have a lot of painting to do over the next couple of weeks!
Cheers,
Kev
Woo Hoo!!!! It's arrived :D

Yeah, Leon is certainly a (*) when it comes to doing that extra bit for the customer.
Got a first hand experience of that when he sorted out my 'one of everything oh and some special bits as well, and did I mention that I want this too' dungeon order.
=D> :-bd >:<
you won't be dissapointed.... It only took 45min to paint all the dungeon pieces . :d
Enjoy ;)
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!

It's all about the customer service, and Dave and Lynne were doing the same thing long before I got more involved. You can have the best product on the market, but if you can't take the time to be helpful to your customers, what's the point in being in business?

Well-said: it's basic - and it works...you guys are top-notch at it as are others I can mention: compared to those that are not...

Not only am I a very happy camper, but perhaps more importantly, my wife (who after all was buying this as a present for me) was really chuffed by the personal touch. Green light for ordering lots more :D
Cheers,
Kev
