I hoped to get it in the post yesterday, so that it arrived today for you, but couldn't quite manage it!  The Dungeon and Booster were already in the show stock, but the odds and ends had to be cast up.

I certainly didn't expect you to be able to get it sorted that quickly! I was keeping my fingers crossed for the end of next week at the earliest, so I really appreciate your efforts.

Being still laid up fter my knee op, we didn't go out to celebrate our anniversary (18th would you believe!) - take-out and good wine Course if we'd gone out I wouldn't have seen your e-mail till today

I'm gonna have a lot of painting to do over the next couple of weeks!

Yeah, Leon is certainly a when it comes to doing that extra bit for the customer.

Got a first hand experience of that when he sorted out my 'one of everything oh and some special bits as well, and did I mention that I want this too' dungeon order.

It's all about the customer service, and Dave and Lynne were doing the same thing long before I got more involved.  You can have the best product on the market, but if you can't take the time to be helpful to your customers, what's the point in being in business?

Not only am I a very happy camper, but perhaps more importantly, my wife (who after all was buying this as a present for me) was really chuffed by the personal touch. Green light for ordering lots more
