Hi Guys,
I need a little help again, I`m looking for the above painted or un-painted
For a skirmish game I want to do, I just watched `Charlie Wilson War`....and got the bug...
I need about 20 figs of each nationality (i think)
And some rules advice...
thanks guys..... ;)

I use RH Models and really like the figures, same also goes for Elhiem.

SandS do some nice stuff, and PSC import Chinese 1/72-6th Russian kit. There's also some soft plastic stuff that's usable.

Madaxeman has a page of links for 20mm modern stuff here:

Great Thanks for that info,
anyone got any buildings hints please...

I got a load of buildings from Tinned Pears on Ebay and love them.

wow, thanks, great....I made a start on my board and 1st building today...
But alas none of the 20mm traders are replying to my emails....so I
will purchase the figures some time soon (i hope)
So to the board..I chose the good wood, cos I have plenty at the moment, (although good) it had a lovely indentation ,that begs for a stream...
or water feature ,lol.
Scored and mixed pva with plaster, dolloped it on and used my best fork to make vehicle tracks...
The building was made from artist board and plastic card for the roof( I chose that because you can sand it down to fit.) Drilled a little hole in it for the lift off peg (cocktail stick)
Next came the Awning prep-print out some in scale stripes and cut match sticks to size.Awning rests on 2 cut down match sticks at the rear.
Fill all holes on building with pva plaster mix- with a little Citadel Bestigor flesh.
Started to make boundary wall out of artist board and pva plaster mix to follow.
Once all walls were dry I applied the roof..with a gentle easing of the blade to ensure a good fit..
Added the assembled awning....not bad I dont think for my first attempt.......

There's also the one from MJ Figures :- http://theminiaturespage.com/boards/msg.mv?id=269720 at twice the price though. They have lots of other interesting stuff like weapons etc.

Cheers
